The victory at the meeting of the FAS commission for the Novosibirsk region when considering the inclusion of the information of CLEVER KEY CJSC in the register of bad-faith suppliers.
The Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Center for Neurosurgery" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Novosibirsk) posted a notice on the official website about the electronic auction for the delivery of server equipment. On the fact of summing up the results of the electronic auction, the winner is Clever Kay. On June 15, 2016, Clever Key CJSC was recognized as evading the conclusion of the contract, in connection with which the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Novosibirsk region received an application from the Customer to include information about CJSC Clever Key in the register of bad-faith suppliers.
