In April — may 2015 Legal Business Solution has sent six complaints to the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) on illegal activities of the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) in the case of major IT-competitive tenders.
The result of consideration of complaints to actions of the public sector customer was the abolition of results of opening of envelopes on the two purchases that stopped the corruption of the PFR when carrying out the state tender. One of the complaints were substantiated part of the claim. The total amount of affected contests was 679 million rubles.
