In 2013 Andrey was appointed an expert of the Working group on enhancement of the legislation in the field of use of technologies of sounding of a terrestrial surface of the State Duma Committee of the Russian Federation on science and high technologies. In 2014 became a part of the Working group of Expert council under the Government of the Russian Federation regarding remote sensing of Earth for 2013.
Andrey Balagurov is a co-author and editor of the book "Earth from space: legislation, regulation and judicial practice" and the author of numerous scientific publications.
Andrey took part in more than 300 procedures and won 90% of them.

Andrey has a wide experience on protection of business from raider attacks, checks from law enforcement bodies (Prosecutor's office, DAEC, tax Inspectorate, etc.) and criminal prosecution of businessmen.
Andrey was involved as an expert for the protection of the interests of the leading companies in Russia: Yandex, Gazprom Space Systems, Rostelecom.
Andrey Balagurov worked as a counselor the Federal state unitary enterprise "KOMET" of Roshydromet, the Licensing Commission of the Federal service for Hydrometeorology and monitoring of environment, lawyer NII Tax.
In 2014 participated in the Arbitrage court of London and was subjected to cross-examination as an expert on Russian law.
