Between the Limited Liability Company "Volna" (the Contractor) and the Administration of the Kotelniki Municipal District of the Moscow Region (the Customer), a municipal contract for the provision of services for organizing events within the anti-drug marathon for the needs of the Administration of the Kotelniki district of the Moscow Region was concluded.
In the process of execution of the Contract between LLC Volna and the Customer there were contradictions that could not be resolved at this stage. For this reason the Customer made a decision to terminate the Contract unilaterally.
